Smashville has been in the series since Brawl, and I’ve liked it mildly since then. It’s based on the Animal Crossing series, and since Brawl came out before City Folk, the stage still is based more on Wild World than any other game in the series, obviously.

Like Animal Crossing, the stage changes depending on the time of day. If it’s day in real life (as it can read the clock on your console) it will be day, if it’s evening it’s evening, and if it’s night it’s night. That’s pretty cool attention to detail.

But other than that’s, it’s a flat and pretty basic stage. There’s no real hazards. The only other thing is just a moving platform but that’s nothing major.

While not my favorite stage, it’s a decent one. I never liked it much for fights with more than 2 fighters, as it’s gets too cramped too easy.
