This somewhat important character is dead for the majority of the series, but I liked him for his brief time. He’s the father of Gilthunder.
He was once the Holy Knight Grandmaster. But ten years before the series started, he was murdered by Hendrickson and Dreyfus under the control of the demon Fraudrin. And the Seven Deadly Sins were framed for it.
When one of the Ten Commandments brings back the dead with regrets, he returns in disguise.
With Elizabeth and Hawk being the first to know. Despite being one of the strongest humans in Britannia, he’s pretty goofy.
I liked how he showed Elizabeth the past and protected her when demons came close.
He manages to fight Fraudrin and free his brother Dreyfus with the last of his life force. I found it sad that his son Gilthunder never got to see him really before that happened.
