Monster Carrot was one of the first ever antagonist of the Dragon Ball series. One of the most unconventional in power as well.

Monster Carrot was a rabbit that was basically the thug that ran a particular town. And his goons call him when Goku becomes too much trouble.

While he doesn’t seem to be much of a fighter, he does have a particular talent which happens when he physically touches somebody.

As he’s able to turn someone into a carrot. Which poses the question, would he be able to do that to Frieza, Cell, or Majin Buu? Lord Beerus or Whis?

But mainly thanks to Puar, they were able to get Bulma’s carrot form back before she could have been killed.

And while Goku had his power pole, it was really Puar who transformed herself into a copy of Monster Carrot that scared him into submission.

And Goku sends him to the Moon (which contradicts Dragon Ball Z where Saiyans could not breathe in space) and they have to make marshmallow treats for kids as their punishment. While it seems rather bizarre and random, it actually is based on Japanese folktales of bunnies on the Moon.
