Cymbal was an all right minor antagonist in the Dragon Ball anime, appearing only in the King Piccolo Saga.

While not the first of King Piccolo’s children I’m pretty sure he was the first one we got to see actually born. Through that weird Namekian egg pregnancy.

Cymbal was created to be a strong Dragon Ball Hunter, for which he immediately leaves the airship to go find the wish orbs for his father.

He quickly finds Goku and Yajirobe. The fat samurai decides to fight Cymbal instead of Goku.

While he does seem to be as strong as his brother Tambourine, Yajirobe cuts him in half with his sword. Which poses the question of why more Dragon Ball characters don’t use swords in fights that truly matter for the safety of the Earth.
