Darkmess Bowser is one of the very last bosses of Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. Since Bowser was a playable character, they had to make this corrupted dark version created by Cursa.

The battle takes place on a fairly large battlefield with mainly Kameks and Goombas to worry about. I think it’s funny that all of them have no problems attacking the real Bowser.

Despite him having the same moveset of the real Bowser, this one definitely has more power individually.

So my strategy of the fight was to mostly stay long range and keep most of my team  separated and hidden well behind cover.

But at the end of the fight, I didn’t have much trouble. But I will say this boss battle was one of the most enjoyable of the game. Though it did feel a little anticlimactic to defeat him as easily as I did.
