Cursa is the final boss and the main antagonist in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope on the Nintendo Switch. Not the greatest final boss ever, but a decent one to fear for most of the game.

If I remember right, she was either created or empowered when Mario and his friends defeated that hybrid Bowser final boss from the first game. Its power floated into space or something like that.

Then I saw her eye and I knew immediately that she somehow captured Rosalina and was using her like a vessel.

I will say that the actual final boss battle was a little disappointing. It was just too darn easy. But I’d rather have a push-over battle than one that’s so ridiculously hard that you pull your hair out.

Rosalina manages to break free from her and has a pretty cool standoff.

And with Rosalina’s help, Mario and his friends manage to exterminate this evil threat. Good riddance!
