Rosalina is technically my favorite princess of the Mario series, though I don’t think she technically has that title. Despite dressing for the role. I’m pretty sure she wasn’t in Kingdom Battle, but she makes a big splash in Sparks of Hope.

She spends the majority of the game being the vessel for the final boss Cursa. Which makes me wonder how she lost that battle in the first place.

But she breaks free twice and during the final battle, it’s for good. I always forget how she can be as big as a skyscraper, if she wants to be.

She’s not really a traditional playable character, but she does lend a hand to defeat the evil final boss.

And she of course survives the end of the game. As far as I can tell, I don’t think Sparks of Hope sold enough to warrant a third game. So the possibility of her being a real legitimate playable character in the Mario + 4+Rabbids series is pretty much dead in the water. Which is sad.
