Android 15 is one of the three main antagonists of the Dragon Ball Z: Super Android 13! anime movie. While the film is not canon to the main series, it’s highly unlikely there will ever be another Android 15 that looks any different. Compared to all the other established Androids, he is easily one of the dumbest-looking ones, even worse than the fat clown-like Android 19. His personality and story are also pretty lame.

At the beginning of the movie, he and his counterpart, Android 14, start causing trouble in a major city. Luckily, the Z Fighters are nearby and stop them before they can cause even more destruction and death.

For most of the movie, Vegeta ends up as his main opponent. It’s a little funny because this little twerp really should not be a match for the Prince of All Saiyans, but nevertheless, that’s what the movie writers intended.

And just like Android 19 in the main Dragon Ball Z series, Android 15 does not expect Vegeta to turn Super Saiyan. Also, just like Goku and Trunks in the movie, Vegeta takes an awkwardly long time to actually transform.

In the movie, Android 15 almost gains the upper hand against Vegeta even after he becomes a Super Saiyan, and their battle nearly ends with Vegeta beaten and forced back into his base form. However, Vegeta’s final blow slowly severs Android 15’s robotic head from his body. Since he is not completely destroyed, Android 13 is able to absorb one of the chips inside him and transform into a super-powered version of himself. So, in a way, you can partly thank Vegeta for almost dooming Earth in this movie.
