Top is the leader of the Pride Troopers from Universe 11. He thinks of Goku as a villain for starting the Tournament of Power. I thought he was an interesting character.

He fights Goku mostly at a draw.

During the tournament of power, it’s shown that he is a candidate to be the next God of Destruction. He even has the god powers.

Vegeta however proves victorious over Top.

Though it takes a lot of power from Vegeta to knock him out.

With his defeat only Jiren remained.
