Edge was the most notable new character (especially on the side of the good) in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope on the Nintendo Switch. I actually didn’t use her that much, but it’s hard to ignore her in the story.

She shows up as surprising help during the first boss battle. We don’t really know much about her besides her gigantic sword that spins when she throws it.

But the clues become obvious when the game progresses that she used to work for Cursa. But somehow gave up the whole spark hunting thing.

Despite her sword being pretty cool, I just didn’t think she was that great of a character to use versus others. I could have been wrong, but it is what it is.

And since there will probably not be a third game in the series, it is very unlikely that the video game world will ever see Edge again.
